Ostrich flower

This work is my first exploration of the surrealist movement. It represents a stylized ostrich, whose green legs evoke a plant stem, and whose feathers take the form of petals, like an echinacea flower. By mixing animal and plant, I seek to create an imaginary figure that blurs the boundaries of reality and opens a window onto a fantastical universe.
