Refund Policy

Products sold on this website are customized and printed on demand by the third-party provider Gelato, based on the specifications of each order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, no changes or cancellations can be made once the order is confirmed, unless otherwise communicated by Gelato for a specific case.

Print Variations

Printed reproductions may show color variations compared to the image displayed on screen, due to differences in digital devices and printing processes. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you notice a defect, such as:

  • Visible damage to the delivered product

  • Incorrect quantity or number of items received

  • Quality issues not related to the content provided (image or file)

You must provide photographic or documentary evidence of the issue to Gab Dessine within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

If the defect is confirmed and is not due to the carrier or a force majeure event, Gelato will, at its discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • A reprint of the affected product

  • Or a partial or full refund for the defective item
