Delivery Policy
1. Delivery method
Product delivery is handled by third-party supplier Gelato, which prints and ships orders directly from its production centers located in several countries. Gab Dessine does not handle the physical shipping of products.
2. Time limits and costs
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, the type of product ordered, and the delivery option chosen. When you finalize your order, you will be offered two delivery methods:

Economy Delivery: Standard option, more affordable, with longer delivery time.

Express Delivery: Expedited option, allowing faster receipt for an additional fee.
Shipping costs are not included in the sales price displayed for each item. They are calculated and added at checkout, depending on the selected shipping method and destination address.
While Gelato strives to ensure fast and reliable shipping, delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs, carriers, or local conditions.
3. Customs and taxes
For orders shipped internationally, customs fees or local taxes may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the sales price. Gab Dessine cannot be held responsible for these fees or their management.
4. Lost or unreceived orders
If you can prove that your order was lost in transit and that this was caused by the carrier in the case of a tracked delivery, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to investigation, reship the order.
Any claim must be submitted within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
We reserve the right not to reship an order if the carrier's tracking information indicates that it was delivered correctly, even if you (or the final recipient) claim not to have received it. In this case, any replacement will be at your expense.
